Our Mission: Immanuel seeks to serve Christ’s mission by being a nurturing and nourishing community to the hurting and hungry

Our Values

Building Gospel-Shaped Community

Building Gospel-Shaped Community

The good news of Jesus Christ and God’s Kingdom is what shapes our identity and purpose as a church. We believe that in Jesus Christ we have received God’s grace and are forgiven of all our sins. In response to this grace, we seek to live as citizens of God’s Kingdom, proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ and His Kingdom in word and deed.

Embracing People

Embracing People

Shaped by the Gospel, we desire to be a community embracing all people through unconditional love. Stories of people finding their belonging in the embrace of Immanuel’s community, as well as stories of people who are a part of Immanuel’s community because of a personal invitation, are not uncommon.

Equipping Children and Youth

Equipping Children and Youth

As an intergenerational church, we desire to build up generations beyond our own, especially the younger generations. We desire to impact the world by engaging and equipping children and youth to know and follow Jesus.

Nourishing Our Neighbors

Nourishing OUr Neighbors

Christ calls us to be the light of the world, and as such, we desire to be a beacon of His light in our community by loving our neighbors through acts of service that are responsive and contextual to our community’s physical and spiritual needs.

Nurturing Transformation

Nurturing Transformation

By God’s grace, we are changed and always changing. Led by God’s Spirit and influenced by our Reformed tradition, we seek to nurture and grow the transformative work of God’s grace in our worship and community together. Experiencing God’s grace in this way leads us to guide others to Christ as well, so they too may experience the work of God’s transformative grace in their lives.
